Tangential flow filtration (TFF) adalah metode pemurnian pemisahan yang cepat dan efisien untuk biomolekul dan exosome. TFF juga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi, menghilangkan garam dalam larutan sampel. TTF muncul sebagai teknik baru untuk isolasi EV.
