Microplate Reader — FlexA-200
FlexA-200 microplate reader is a high-quality microplate reader based on a monochromator with a wavelength range of 200~1000 nm. It has the advantage of flexible detection and does not need additional filters. It can be used for spectral scanning, endpoint method and kinetic detection. Suitable for 96-well plates and 384-well plates with and without lids. FlexA-200 can be shaken and incubated in microplates, and the incubation temperature is up to 45 °C.
It can be operated independently through the built-in software of the instrument, and also can be operated by the Readerlt-II software. The software has the characteristics of intuitive interface, clear and flexible operation, which can work in both Chinese and English environments. FlexA-200 can be used for a variety of applications, including nucleic acid and protein analysis, ELISA, enzyme activity detection, cytotoxicity and cell proliferation tests, apoptosis detection, microbial identification, bacterial concentration, etc. |
